With all the recent payment problems, I decided to check it out myself. Thinking I'm pretty good with computers, I thought it'd be a cinch.

So I registered and got a Username/Password. I logged in, and went to download the software with the free key. A window pops up asking me to PAY.

I click PAY, and another window pops up asking for my Credit Card Info. So I fill this in and click go to STEP 2.

A New window pops up saying sending data..please wait.

It seems to hang here indefinitely.

On the original download window, it says after payment, Click Continue. Of course clicking this leads to the Insufficient Funds window.

I don't want to refresh the Sending Data page for fear it will submit my info twice, if it did at all.

Anyone know if my payment was even accepted???

SOLUTION:

Ok, never mind. I figured out the problem. If you're running IE6, it's possible that the Payment Gateway that Franz uses is on the Restricted Sites list for your browser. You will know by seeing a red circle with a white line through it on the page in question at the lower right corner of your browser. For me it was the payment page.

I right clicked on the page and selected Properties to discover the actual URL, since this was a pop up window and the URL didn't show in the browser. I found out it was using the kundenserver.de site.

I found this listed on my restricted sites for IE, and removed it, and then the payment went through ok.

COMMON PROBLEM:

Ok, I must be doing something wrong.

I've registered, gone online and went to the User section and logged on. I then went throught the KeyCode by credit card section, paid, and was given a Key Code. I then went to the Download section and pressed start next to the download all files/Cartune Download and was taken to the search result screen. I then pressed download next to the english version and received a screen that had a pay button and then said to press continue after paying. Since I already paid I pressed the continue button. I then received a message saying insufficient funds????

What am I doing wrong?

You don't pay for a key-code separately unless you want to buy an additional key-code. After registering and receiving your username/pwd, you're supposed to go to the download area, pay, then continue to the download section. From there, the menu should show a "free" option, which lets you get one key-code that's included with the purchase.
